Application and Compliance

When applying for the registration of a unit, You confirm our full knowledge of all relevant laws, notifications, and rules applicable to this project. These regulations have been thoroughly explained by the Company and are fully understood by you at the time of registration/booking.

Payment Terms and Default Consequences

You agree to comply with the terms of payment as specified in the Payment Plan and will execute the Buyer’s Agreement after making the necessary payments. If any installment is not paid by the due date, the Company will impose an interest charge of 24% per annum, compounded quarterly, for the delay period. Should the outstanding dues remain unpaid despite repeated reminders, the Company holds the right to cancel the registration/booking without further notice. In such an event, You will forfeit any rights or claims against the said registration.

Applicant-Initiated Cancellation

If You request the cancellation of our booking, the Company will forfeit 20% of the Basic Sale Price (BSP) along with other non-refundable amounts. Following this forfeiture, the allottee(s) will have no rights, title, or interest in the said unit.

Price Basis and Layout Adjustments

The Basic Price and other charges are calculated based on the “Covered Area” of the unit. The Company retains the right to make necessary changes to the layout plan and to increase or decrease the size of the shop/space by up to 10%. Payments or refunds will be adjusted accordingly for any changes in the shop area.

Exclusion of Additional Charges

The quoted Basic Price does not cover Preferential Location Charges (PLC), Power Backup charges, Interest-Free Maintenance Security, Registration charges, or other specified fees. The allotment of the unit is solely at the Company’s discretion, and the Company may reject any offer/application without providing a reason. If the application is rejected, the Company will refund the booking amount with interest at a rate of 8% per annum.

Additional Levies

Any additional levy, rate, or charge imposed on the unit due to any government, statutory, or local authority order will be payable by you on a pro-rata basis.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, You acknowledge and accept the Company’s refund and cancellation policy as outlined above.
