Application and Compliance

By registering a unit, you confirm understanding of all relevant laws and rules applicable to this project, as explained by the Company.

Payment Terms and Default Consequences

You agree to the payment plan and will sign the Buyer’s Agreement after making the necessary payments. Late payments incur 24% per annum interest, compounded quarterly. Persistent non-payment may result in cancellation without notice, forfeiting your rights and claims.

Applicant-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellation requests will result in a 20% forfeiture of the Basic Sale Price (BSP) and other non-refundable amounts, nullifying any rights to the unit.

Price Basis and Layout Adjustments

Prices are based on the unit’s “Covered Area.” The Company may adjust the layout and unit size by up to 10%, with payments or refunds adjusted accordingly.

Exclusion of Additional Charges

The Basic Price excludes charges like PLC, Power Backup, and Registration. The Company reserves the right to reject applications and will refund the booking amount with 8% interest if rejected.

Additional Levies

Any extra charges imposed by authorities will be payable by you on a pro-rata basis.

By agreeing to these terms, you accept the Company’s refund and cancellation policy.
